Identify and generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and messages to introduce the company's digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Branding, Web Development, etc.).
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and client information.
Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development or Sales team.
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales goals.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead activity and performance.
Meet and exceed monthly lead and sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation (digital marketing background preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead tracking platforms.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
