Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand customer technical requirements and provide appropriate product/solution recommendations.
Deliver online product demos, presentations, and quotations to potential clients.
Collaborate with field sales, engineering, and product teams to provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry trends.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering
(Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field).
1-3 years of experience in technical/inside sales, customer support, or business development (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply).
Strong technical understanding with ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot preferred).
