Sales Representative - Roles & Responsibilities , Core Responsibilities ( freshers )

Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and lead lists. Present and promote products/services to customers in a professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain strong follow-up with interested leads to convert them into clients. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Handle basic customer queries and route complex issues to seniors.

Operational Responsibilities

Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversations. Coordinate with the internal team for client service and support.

Communication & Reporting

Give daily reports on leads contacted, follow-ups, and conversions. Share feedback from customers to help improve services/products.
