Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
Sales Conversion:
Follow up with potential customers and close deals effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Understand and explain Silvervista's range of entrance automation products to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate customer details and interactions.
Quotations & Proposals:
Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Order Processing:
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Market Research:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with field sales, technical, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Sales Ability:
Persuasive skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Technical Understanding:
Basic knowledge of gate automation products (preferred).
CRM Experience:
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
