The Inside Sales Representative (Female) will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and coordinating with the field sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule sales meetings or demos.
Present company products/services to customers over phone, email, and online platforms.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with field sales teams for closures and customer support.
Update and maintain customer databases (CRM) and sales records accurately.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback from customers and market insights to marketing and product teams.
Participate in online product trainings, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
1-4 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer relationship roles (B2B or B2C).
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (and local languages if applicable).
Prior experience in sectors like
IT, education, real estate, retail, or manufacturing
preferred.
