Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound inquiries.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
Qualify leads and set appointments for field sales representatives or managers.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer and lead information.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
Achieve or exceed monthly targets for calls, conversions, and qualified leads.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to relevant teams.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer service roles.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Fluency in [English and local language, if applicable].
