Job Summary

Helpmate is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Rohini, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make cold and warm calls to prospective leads and existing customers. Generate and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calling. Promote and present company products and services to prospective clients. Achieve sales targets based on the performance history of allotted accounts. Ensure timely follow-up and control of outstanding payments for assigned accounts. Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings to track project status. Coordinate with the field sales team and transfer prospects when required. Resolve client queries and concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Good understanding of negotiation techniques and sales strategies. Target-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of achieving goals. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Positive learning attitude and self-motivated approach. Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred.Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are also welcome to apply.
