We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales team by fixing meetings and promoting IT products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify potential clients through Google and LinkedIn
Contact prospects via tele-calling, emails, and LinkedIn
Promote company products and solutions to new clients
Research and build strong relationships with potential customers
Schedule physical meetings for senior sales team at client locations
Support customers with product information, technical coordination, and commercials
Act as a customer ambassador within the organization
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Basic understanding of IT products and solutions
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must be from an IT background
Experience with Adobe and Microsoft tools is mandatory
1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or inside sales
Female candidates preferred
