We're looking for a driven and results oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts -- engaging prospects, presenting product demos, and building strong client relationships. What You'll Do:

Proactively

generate new leads

through cold calls, emails, and social outreach

Follow up on inbound leads

quickly and convert them into qualified opportunities Conduct engaging

online product demos

via Zoom or Google Meet

Explain IT products and services

clearly, focusing on benefits and ROI for clients

Manage your pipeline

using CRM tools (like Salesforce) -- track leads, update records, and follow through on every opportunity

Identify cross-sell and upsell

opportunities

within existing accounts Collaborate with the

sales team to develop strategies

and meet team goals Attend internal

sales trainings, team huddles

, and growth sessions

Handle multiple tasks

while staying organized, proactive, and client-focused

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in inside

sales, lead generation, or business development

Excellent

communication and presentation skills

-- both written and verbal Confidence with

video conferencing tools

like Zoom or Google Meet Familiarity with

Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase

, or similar sales/CRM platforms Ability to understand and explain

IT / SaaS products

in simple terms A self-starter attitude -- organized, motivated, and target-driven.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
