Inside Sales Executive & Office Coordinator
to join our team in Okhla. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage office coordination while handling inbound/outbound calls to generate business leads.
Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Office Coordination:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate between departments for smooth functioning.
Maintain office supplies, basic documentation, and records.
Assist the sales team in follow-ups and backend support.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in cold calling and pitching to clients.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th pass, graduates preferred.
1-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or office coordination.
Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
