Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). The CRM will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and acting as a bridge between the company and its customers to build long-term trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Understand customer needs, provide timely solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal teams.
Update customers about new products, services, and offers.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and service improvements.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for customer engagement strategies.
Achieve customer relationship targets and KPIs as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
