Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Lead Generation
Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
Sales Presentations
Conduct product or service presentations to potential customers.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of the IT products or services offered.
Sales Calls
Make outbound sales calls to reach and exceed sales targets.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information to potential customers.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Work closely with marketing to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
Market Intelligence
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and IT market conditions.
Qualifications
2-5 years of proven experience in IT product sales / IT field sales
(B2B preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Preferred
Candidates with experience in
Nehru Place or other major IT hardware/software markets
will be highly preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
