The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales through phone, email, and digital communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other digital channels.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements to offer appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Present product/service information clearly and convincingly to prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the sales manager.
Update and manage leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with field sales, marketing, and support teams for seamless customer experience.
Prepare and share sales proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents.
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
