Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Inside Sales Representative
with 3-6 months of experience in EdTech sales or tele-calling. You will interact with potential learners, guide them through program benefits, and drive successful enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads generated through marketing and databases
Understand learner needs, goals, and challenges to suggest the right courses
Explain program structure, curriculum, career outcomes, and pricing
Handle objections and provide clear, value-based guidance
Maintain active follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Update lead details and interactions on CRM systems
Work closely with sales, marketing, and counseling teams to drive conversions
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-6 months experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Academic Counseling (EdTech experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and pitch solutions effectively
Comfortable with outbound calling and high-volume interactions
Basic understanding of EdTech/online learning trends
Target-oriented, self-driven, and eager to grow
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in EdTech calling/counseling roles.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Strong learner-centric mindset.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
