Key Responsibilities




Lead Management & Outreach




Review and manage inbound leads in a timely manner. Call and engage with leads to understanding their requirements and level of interest. Clearly explain product offerings, cabinet features, and value proposition. Maintain consistent follow-ups until the customer places their first order.

Customer Onboarding




Assist new customers with account setup and access to the online ordering portal. Train customers on portal navigation, order placement, and catalog options. Guide customers through the complete ordering process to ensure accuracy.

Relationship Building




Build strong relationships with potential customers to improve conversions. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Coordination & Reporting




Coordinate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams for smooth handover of converted customers. Maintain detailed call logs, lead notes, and updates in the CRM. Share regular reports on lead conversion, follow-ups, and onboarding progress.

Skills & Qualifications




4-5 years of experience in sales, lead engagement, customer onboarding, or inside sales. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain products or technical details in a simple, customer-friendly manner. Strong follow-up discipline and persistence. Comfortably using CRM tools and online customer portals. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage high lead volumes.
