Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Outreach:
? Make 250 outbound calls per day to engage prospects, investors, and potential leads
? Schedule and attend 15 meetings per month (virtual or in-person)
? Build and maintain long-term professional relationships
Business Development (Real Estate):
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HNIs, businessmen, investors,
and corporates
? Build strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders across Delhi NCR
? Collaborate with the BDE team for lead generation and follow-ups
Sales & Strategy:
? Promote and present Goa real estate projects to prospective leads
? Manage and maintain the sales pipeline
? Provide tailored real estate solutions to HNI clients
? Support in achieving business objectives (no hard sales targets for calling outreach role)
Skills & Competencies:
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong relationship-building ability
? Confidence in meeting clients and handling professional conversations
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Any graduate--no sector preference
