About the Role

We're looking for an

Inside Sales Executive

to support and drive revenue growth for our

EXIM logistics business

. The role focuses on

lead generation, customer engagement, quotation coordination, follow-ups, and closing support

for international freight and related services.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and inbound enquiries. Understand customer requirements for

Import/Export shipments

and propose suitable logistics solutions. Coordinate with pricing/operations for

rate requests, quotations, and turnaround

on customer queries. Drive the

sales cycle

: follow-ups, negotiations support, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain and update pipeline, leads, and activities in

CRM

, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Work closely with Key Account Managers / Field Sales to support closures and handovers. Keep track of market movement, customer feedback, and competitor trends to support sales strategy. Ensure documentation/initial onboarding basics are collected (KYC, basic shipment details) for smooth execution. Meet monthly/quarterly targets on

calls, meetings, conversions, and revenue

Requirements / Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in

Inside Sales / Sales Support

in

Freight Forwarding / Logistics / EXIM

. Working knowledge of

international shipping terms

and processes (Incoterms, lanes, basic documentation). Exposure to selling any of the following is a plus:

Air Freight, Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing.

Strong communication skills (English + Hindi), confident on calls and customer handling. Comfortable with targets, structured follow-ups, and CRM discipline. Good coordination skills with internal teams (pricing, ops, customer service).
