Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Officer to generate business through outbound calling, convert leads into customers, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales Explain products/services clearly to customers Maintain accurate records in CRM Follow up with interested prospects regularly Achieve monthly sales targets Build strong customer relationships

Key Skills Required:

Graduation is mandatory 1+ Years of experience in any sales but preferred BFSI Strong communication and convincing skills Target-driven approach Basic computer and CRM knowledge
