We are seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Officer to join our team. This role involves engaging with prospective clients via calls and WhatsApp, explaining our investment platform, addressing queries, and guiding clients through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp
Explain platform features and recommend suitable investment options
Qualify leads, follow up consistently, and close sales
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
Interest in finance, investments, or mutual fund products
Confident, self-motivated, and diligent with follow-ups
Full-time, office-based role
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
