Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-oriented Inside Sales Officer to manage client interactions and drive lead conversions from the office. The role involves engaging prospective clients via phone calls and WhatsApp, explaining our investment platform, resolving queries, and assisting with the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp
Present platform features and recommend suitable investment options
Qualify leads, follow up consistently, and close sales
Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
Full-time, office-based role
Interest in finance, investments, or mutual fund products
Confident, self-motivated, and diligent in follow-ups
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
