Roles and responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:



Generate new business leads through research, prospecting, and outreach to potential customers Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based sales pitches to customers Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations and commercial teams. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer based through the leads provided. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Analyse sales data and the quality of the sales calls to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Mentor and train junior sales team members to help develop their skills and knowledge


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
