CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
General Insurance products
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Pitch products confidently and handle customer objections
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM
Follow up on leads and close deals within defined TAT
Ensure compliance with banking/insurance sales guidelines
Candidate Profile (Must-Have)
1-4 years
of experience in
Inside Sales / Tele Sales
Strong preference for
BFSI background
Experience in
Credit Card / CASA / Insurance sales through calling
Aggressive sales mindset
with proven target achievement
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with
high-volume outbound calling
Immediate joiners preferred
Good to Have
Experience working in
Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Insurance companies
Exposure to
CRM systems
