Inside Sales Executives (Office-Based)
to join our in-house sales team. This is a non-field role focused on B2B client acquisition, lead conversion, and relationship management, all from within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential business clients and explain service offerings
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Convert leads into successful customer acquisitions
Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools
Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the management
Work closely with the team to strategize sales growth
Candidate Profile:
Education: Any degree
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Basic computer and email handling knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
