Cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn or CRM tools to generate leads
Building and maintaining a strong sales funnel
Following up on inbound queries and converting them into sales
Product Knowledge & Consultation
Understanding the company's educational offerings (e.g., coding, finance, communication skills)
Explaining product benefits clearly to prospective customers
Customizing pitches based on learner profiles and needs
Relationship Management
Building rapport with parents, students, and decision-makers
Handling objections and providing solutions
Ensuring high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle
Reporting & Coordination
Updating CRM systems with lead status and call outcomes
Collaborating with marketing and academic teams for feedback loops
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
Shift-Specific Duties
Working during US or global time zones
Managing fatigue and maintaining productivity during off-hours
Ensuring timely follow-ups across different time zones

Pay: ₹300,000.48 - ₹450,000.00 per year
