Your role as a Sales Support Associate is to build relationships and understand customer needs, offering the best solutions in sales. Salary: In-hand Salary - Rs 25,000 - Rs 30,000 Per Month ( Depending upon the Calibre and Talent ), Incentive - Rs 5,000 - 7,000 Per Month.
Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be interacting with 500+ wholesalers and buyers across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India. To achieve the exceed Sales targets in assigned territories. To Identify and explore New Business opportunities through market research. This is your opportunity to understand India's culture, mindset, and market behaviour--region by region. You'll spot patterns, gather insights, and bring valuable feedback to help our sales team grow smarter and stronger.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong Sales and Customer Relationship Building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Comfortable using MS Office and basic CRM tools for daily tasks and reporting.
