Job Summary



The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, understanding client requirements, and generating qualified leads for site visits and property sales. The role focuses on customer engagement, relationship building, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming inquiries from various sources (calls, emails, website, social media, property portals). Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain project details, and pitch property options. Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to suggest suitable projects. Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers with the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer data, follow-ups, and status. Provide timely follow-ups and ensure high conversion of inquiries to site visits and bookings. Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous communication. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for campaign feedback and lead quality. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, site visits, and conversions. Stay updated with real estate trends, project details, competitors, and market conditions.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and customer-oriented approach. Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and property listing portals. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate pre-sales. Prior real estate or property sales exposure will be an added advantage.
