About the Role

We're looking for a

street-smart, people-friendly Inside Sales & Marketing Intern

who wants real-world exposure to how startups grow.

In this role, you'll work on

leads provided by the team

, talk to potential participants, help them register for Mentoria programs, and ensure they actually attend our workshops. You'll sit right at the intersection of

sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

Inside Sales (Core Focus)

Connect with warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email Understand their needs and guide them toward the right Mentoria program Handle follow-ups and manage conversations from first contact to registration Work towards weekly and monthly conversion targets

Marketing & Workshop Support

Drive registrations and attendance for workshops and live sessions Share reminders, updates, and session details with participants Support campaign execution with on-ground follow-ups Coordinate closely with the internal team to improve lead flow and conversions

Tracking & Ownership

Maintain basic lead and follow-up records Share regular updates on conversions and insights from calls Take strong ownership of end-of-month closures

Who Should Apply

You're proactive, street-smart, and comfortable talking to new people You're result-oriented and excited by targets and incentives You communicate clearly and confidently (English + Hindi preferred) You're disciplined with follow-ups and don't ghost your to-do list Prior experience in sales, marketing, internships, college fests, or communities is a plus, but

not mandatory

Performance Review:

After 3 months, continuation and growth will be purely performance-based.
