Should have complete sales knowledge of product selling process in Automation OEM/SI/PB Develop a strong and sustainable sales pipeline by creating and qualifying leads generated from customer inquiries, the company website, digital marketing campaigns, and cold calling. Identify and engage new customer contacts or potential accounts through diverse prospecting strategies. Organize and schedule meetings with new prospects to support the sales team's efforts. Handle incoming inquiries, including those that may fall outside direct sales responsibilities, with professionalism and efficiency Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing customers, internal salesteams, distributors, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer . Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at generating and nurturing qualified leads. Implement and refine best practices for lead follow-up and engagement to maximize conversion. Analyze and optimize internal business processes to improve lead management and sales outcomes. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and support strategic sales initiatives. Develop a CRM platform effectively to assign leads, monitor their progress, and manage the full lifecycle from inquiry to conversion.Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including prospect details, customerinteractions, and communications history.

Your Profile:

Qualification: M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. Degree (e.g., in Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication / Instrumentation)

Qualities:

Confident, self-motivated, responsible, flexible, good attention to detail, good
communication skills across all levels of personnel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
