You will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to conversion and driving revenue growth for our EdTech platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Manage, train, and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead Management:
Monitor lead pipelines, assign leads to team members, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with prospective learners/parents via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
Performance Tracking:
Analyze sales metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams for campaign execution, feedback, and customer insights.
Process Optimization:
Identify gaps in the sales funnel and improve conversion rates and customer experience.
CRM Management:
Ensure accurate data entry and usage of CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot).
