Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the
inside sales team
to achieve Online MBA enrollment targets
Drive
education sales
, lead conversion, and revenue growth through inbound and outbound channels
Monitor daily sales performance, funnels, and conversion metrics using
CRM tools
Analyze sales data, MIS reports, and KPIs to improve productivity and outcomes
Coach and train sales executives and educational counselors on pitch, follow-ups, and closures
Ensure effective
lead management
, client handling, and timely follow-ups
Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize
lead generation
and campaign performance
Maintain high standards of customer experience and admission counseling
