Lead, mentor, and energize a team of Inside Sales Engineers to achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
Personally engage with mid-size and large accounts -- prospecting, nurturing, and supporting opportunity closures.
Maintain top-notch CRM hygiene -- accurate data, follow-ups, and insightful reporting.
Review team performance, analyze pipelines, and ensure every lead moves closer to closure.
Collaborate with Marketing & Field Sales for campaigns, lead sharing, and key account engagement.
Conduct regular training on value-based and technical selling in the CAD/CAM & PLM ecosystem.
Continuously refine processes, call scripts, and reporting for higher conversion efficiency.
What We're Looking For
8-10 years of Inside Sales / Lead Generation experience in engineering or manufacturing domains.
Strong technical understanding (CAD/CAM/PLM preferred) and consultative communication style.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
Proven ability to lead teams while staying hands-on with execution.
Energetic, process-driven, and motivated to grow in a fast-evolving B2B tech environment.
