Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the Inside Sales Team focused on Online MBA programs.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets; monitor team performance and drive results.
Develop and implement effective
sales strategies and planning
to achieve enrollment targets.
Demonstrate
ownership
and accountability for team outcomes and individual KPIs.
Ensure high standards of
discipline and punctuality
across the team.
Provide strategic input based on
market trends, competitor analysis
, and student behavior.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Use
analytical thinking
to review performance data and optimize processes.
Train the sales team in best practices, product knowledge, and consultative selling techniques.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on team performance and improvement areas.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in Inside Sales
, with at least 1 year in a
managerial role
.
Proven track record in
online sales
(mandatory).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to
