Role & Responsibilities
Acquire new corporate and institutional clients for prepaid card solutions.
Promote use-cases such as employee benefits, gifting, incentives, and expense management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions and support.
Ensure timely onboarding, KYC compliance, and product activation for clients.
Educate clients about product features, usage, and RBI PPI compliance.
Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams for seamless delivery.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets on revenue, volume, and client acquisition.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
Monitor usage trends and client feedback to support product improvements.
Prepare regular reports and business performance updates.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction through timely resolutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Finance, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in B2B sales or relationship management in prepaid cards or fintech.
Strong knowledge of prepaid cards, PPI guidelines, UPI, and corporate card usage.
Excellent communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
