Job Overview:
We are looking for a
high-performing Inside Sales Executive
with a
minimum of 2 years of experience
in selling
software and mobile app development services
. The candidate must be
skilled in client acquisition
, and capable of independently driving
lead generation
through multiple channels, including
social media platforms
.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through
cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
.
Leverage platforms like
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp Business
, and
online business directories
to identify and connect with potential clients.
Understand client business needs and pitch
custom software or mobile application development solutions
accordingly.
Follow up diligently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Conduct virtual product demos, consultations, and sales presentations.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate project timelines and deliverables.
Keep the CRM system updated with accurate lead, pipeline, and customer information.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Consistently
meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
.
Stay informed on
industry trends
, competitor offerings, and market intelligence.
Contribute actively in team meetings with strategies to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in
B2B inside sales
, especially in software/app development services.
Strong expertise in
client acquisition and business development
.
Proficient in using
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
, and other platforms for lead generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
