Job Title: Inside Sales Manager - Medical Equipment

We are a fast-growing medical equipment company committed to improving patient care and supporting healthcare providers with high-quality products. We are looking for a curious, motivated Inside Sales Manager who is eager to learn, grow, and play a key role in driving sales.
Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion. This role requires a mix of cold calling, lead nurturing, and relationship building, along with close collaboration with supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and maximum sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
? Drive outbound sales calls to generate new leads through cold calling and market research.
? Convert inbound leads from platforms such as TradeIndia, Indiamart, industry directories, and referrals.
? Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, with strong follow-up.
? Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
? Maintain accurate and updated records of all activities in the CRM system.
? Provide sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.
? Collect and share customer feedback, competitor activity, and market intelligence.
? Support the field sales team by qualifying and passing on leads.
? Approach rejection and feedback with a growth mindset--learn, adapt, and improve continuously.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
? Prior inside sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but freshers with strong drive and curiosity are welcome--we will provide full training.
? Strong communication and persuasion skills over phone and email.
? Resilient, analytical, and motivated to meet targets.
? Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems (or ready to learn).
? High curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about products and sales techniques.
