What You'll Do
Recruit, onboard, coach & scale a team to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Design & execute killer inside sales strategies tailored for Cloud, DevOps & AI solutions
Own the full funnel: aggressive outbound + high-quality inbound ? qualification ? close
Deliver precise forecasts, pipeline health dashboards & data-driven insights to leadership
Lead complex enterprise demos, proposals, negotiations & deal strategy
Optimize sales processes, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), engagement & AI-powered sales tools
Partner tightly with Marketing on ABM, demand gen & lead acceleration programs
Stay ahead of cloud trends (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps practices & AI innovations
What We're Looking For
5+ years in B2B inside sales - ideally in Cloud, SaaS or IT services.
Proven track record of personally exceeding quota + driving team over-performance
Deep technical understanding of Cloud platforms, DevOps & AI applications in enterprise
Strong leadership, coaching, consultative selling & objection-handling skills
Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong or similar
Highly analytical, data-obsessed, results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation & cross-functional influence
Nice to Have
MBA or equivalent
Startup / high-growth tech environment experience
Pre-sales / solutions engineering background
