Job Description

To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales & Revenue Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals. Delegate tasks and set deadlines. Oversee day-to-day operation. Achieving the monthly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Motivate team members. Discover training needs and provide coaching. Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. Interviewing and training new team member, assigning specific tasks to other team members, and monitoring the team's sales performance. Motivating the team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition. Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner. Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
