We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager for our solution, Outreach Enterprise.J

Job Summary



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales team to join our sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales leads, and helping to drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful sales efforts and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and other lead generation tactics.

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

Conduct virtual or phone-based sales presentations to prospective customers, clearly articulating product benefits and solutions.

Manage Sales Pipeline:

Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking using CRM software.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team and other departments (marketing, product, ) to ensure alignment on strategies and initiatives.

Sales Reporting:

Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to effectively position and sell our solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:



Experience:

5+ years of inside IT software product sales preferably in [preferably in the salesforce automation industry, DMS, Delivery applications ].

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.

Sales Skills:

Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, with a proven track record of sales achievements.

CRM Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software to track and manage sales activities.

Customer Focus:

Ability to build and maintain relationships, understand customer pain points, and present solutions tailored to their needs.

Organization and Time Management:

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Problem Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality.

Education:



Bachelor's degree/Master's in Business, Marketing, ( B.E, BCA, MBA, BSC COMPUTER SCIENCE Etc )

Working Conditions:



Full-time, office-based (or remote, if applicable). Mon-Fri Regular working hours with flexibility as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
