to drive channel acquisition and program sales.

Role: Inside Sales Manager
Channel Acquisition
Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach.
Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners through networking and outreach.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract high-quality channel partners.
Program Sales
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed program sales targets.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to position our offerings effectively.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive program expansion.
Client Engagement
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.
Entrepreneurial Leadership for Sales Success
Foster a proactive, results-driven culture within the sales function.
Encourage innovative thinking and strategic approaches to exceed sales goals.
Take ownership of individual targets while driving business impact.
