Job Summary:



We are seeking a high-performing and driven

Inside Sales Manager

to lead and grow our inside sales team in a fast-paced EdTech environment. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to closing -- across the

US, UK, and Indian education markets

. This role requires a strong understanding of the EdTech landscape, sales analytics, team leadership, and regional market nuances.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management



Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals aligned with company objectives. Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.

Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement sales strategies specific to each market (US, UK, India). Drive outbound and inbound lead conversion using CRM and sales automation tools. Monitor sales KPIs (calls, demos, conversions, revenue) and optimize based on data.

Market Expansion



Identify new opportunities in the K-12, Higher Education, and Corporate Learning sectors. Adapt sales pitches and strategies based on regional preferences, buyer personas, and academic calendars. Collaborate with marketing for region-specific campaigns and lead nurturing.

Pipeline & CRM Management



Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Forecast revenue and report on pipeline metrics to senior leadership. Reduce lead response time and improve overall sales cycle efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work with Product and Customer Success to align customer needs with offerings. Coordinate with marketing for lead generation, webinars, and content-based campaigns. Provide market feedback to support product localization and development.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of inside sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or related industry. 2+ years in a sales leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Excellent communication skills and a persuasive selling style. Experience selling to international markets, particularly US, UK, and India. Ability to work in a dynamic, remote-first environment across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with educational institutions, curriculum standards, or government bodies in each region. Understanding of B2C and B2B sales funnels in EdTech. Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from sales data. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
