Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage:
Guide and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
B2C Sales Ownership:
Drive B2C customer acquisition through outbound channels.
Target Driven:
Ensure daily/weekly/monthly KPIs are met or exceeded with a performance-focused mindset.
Pipeline Management:
Track leads through the CRM, monitor conversions, and strategize improvements.
Sales Training & Development:
Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and pitch refinement.
Performance Reporting:
Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on sales team productivity and achievements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales (B2C preferred), with at least 2 year in a team lead/managerial role.
Proven ability to meet high sales targets under pressure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Highly adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a startup culture.
Willing to work from our HSR Layout, Bangalore office.
