We are seeking a high performing Inside Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives across international markets. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive end-to-end sales cycle for IT software solutions and Odoo ERP implementations
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate US, Australian and Indian markets
Understand client business challenges and propose tailored technology solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and solution presentations to prospects
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long term client partnerships
Market Development
Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics
Provide market insights and feedback to enhance product offerings
Participate in trade shows, webinars and networking events
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Experience:
5-7 years of proven inside sales experience in IT software/SaaS/ERP solutions
Track Record:
Must share specific achievements including:
Quota attainment percentage for last 2-3 years
Average deal size and sales cycle managed
Revenue targets achieved vs. assigned
Client retention and upsell metrics
Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Technical Competencies
Experience selling enterprise software solutions, preferably ERP systems
Understanding of software development lifecycle and custom solution selling
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
Knowledge of Odoo ERP ecosystem is a plus
Basic understanding of cloud solutions, APIs and integration concepts
Preferred Skills
Experience with consultative and solution based selling approaches
Exposure to international markets, especially US and Australian business culture
Odoo functional or technical certification (advantageous)
Track record of selling to SMB and mid-market segments

Base Salary: Competitive fixed salary commensurate with experience
