About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Inside Sales Manager (ISM)
to lead our US Inside Sales operations. You will manage a remote sales team, ensure targets are achieved, evaluate calls for quality and compliance, and engage with senior stakeholders across the US market. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a
global leadership role in the EdTech and enterprise training industry.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Agents working US hours.
Drive team targets for
lead generation, qualified meetings, and conversions.
Evaluate calls regularly
to ensure
quality, professionalism, and compliance
standards are met.
Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance and objection handling.
Handle escalated calls and join as a
second voice
in high-value client conversations.
Plan and run sales campaigns focused on the US market with clear KPIs and timelines.
Build and maintain relationships with
CXOs, L&D Heads, and Procurement Managers
in Fortune 500 and enterprise accounts.
Strong knowledge of training verticals:
AWS, Azure, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Business Skills.
Ensure CRM (MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is updated and reports are accurate.
Monitor compliance with
client guidelines, company policies, and sales ethics.
Conduct
data-driven reviews
to measure productivity and optimize sales processes.
Be available to
travel occasionally (in India) for events, team meet-ups, or client networking
if required.
Minimum
5 years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience
(IT training, SaaS, or EdTech preferred).
At least
1 year of experience managing a sales team (5-10 reps).
Strong English communication with a
neutral or US-friendly accent.
Must have a
personal system, headset, and stable internet connection
for remote work.
