About the Role
As our
Growth Rockstar
, you'll take full ownership of building and leading our global inside sales engine for a flagship product of UpRise Labs in hiring domain. You will work directly with the founders and be responsible for converting our early momentum into scalable growth across the
US, APAC, and Middle East
regions.
What You'll Own
Build and execute a high-velocity inside sales strategy across global markets
Own revenue generation, pipeline conversion, and sales team building
Drive outbound and inbound motions to close mid-market and enterprise HR tech deals
Collaborate on GTM playbooks, pricing, demos, and founder-led pilots
Track KPIs like MRR, CAC, conversion rates, and optimize funnels
Represent Gappeo with confidence in conversations with CHROs, founders, and TA heads.
Who You Are
4+ years of proven sales success in
HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment platforms
Deep sales experience in
US, APAC, and MENA
hiring or HR software markets
Strong storyteller and closer with a hunter mindset
Data-driven, hands-on, and energized by startup speed
Experience building and mentoring a lean inside sales team
You thrive in ambiguity, and you're hungry to own outcomes
