About the Role



We are hiring an experienced

Inside Sales Manager (ISM)

to lead and manage our India Inside Sales team. You will guide a team of Inside Sales Agents, ensure sales targets are achieved, monitor quality, and maintain compliance in all communications. The role also requires

travel for events, client meetings, and networking

whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Agents. Drive team targets for

lead generation, qualified meetings, and conversions.

Evaluate team calls to ensure

quality, professionalism, and compliance standards

are met. Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and objection handling. Handle escalated calls and support in high-value client conversations. Plan and run sales campaigns with clear goals, KPIs, and timelines. Build and maintain relationships with

CXOs, L&D Heads, and senior decision-makers.

Strong knowledge of training verticals:

AWS, Azure, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Business Skills.

Ensure CRM (MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is updated and used effectively. Monitor compliance with

company policies, sales ethics, and client guidelines.

Conduct data-driven reviews to track performance and improve results. Be ready to

travel to client sites, attend events, and represent the company

when required. Minimum

5 years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience

(preferably IT training, SaaS, or EdTech). At least

1 year of experience managing a sales team (5-10 reps).

Excellent English communication with a

neutral accent.
