Key Result Areas (KRA):
1. Lead Management & Conversion
Ensure 100% utilization and timely follow-up of CRM-generated leads.
Improve enquiry-to-admission conversion ratio through structured sales processes.
2. Team Management
Supervise and motivate the tele calling and counselling team for daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
3. CRM Utilization
Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting through the CRM.
Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
4. Sales Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute calling and conversion strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to align campaigns and offers.
5. Customer Experience
Ensure professional communication, lead nurturing, and student satisfaction during pre-admission engagement.
