We are looking for a client-facing sales professional who thrives on conversations, understands business needs quickly, and can confidently convert qualified leads into long-term client relationships. This role begins

- you will take over once prospects are ready for calls and drive the process through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

What You'll Own
Handle
Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
generated through marketing, referrals, and outbound efforts. Conduct discovery and qualification calls to understand client hiring needs, expectations, and timelines. Present our recruitment and executive search solutions in a clear, value-driven manner. Manage proposal discussions, commercials, and negotiations to successfully close mandates. Act as the primary point of contact until deal closure and smooth handover to delivery teams. Maintain accurate sales updates, pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM and internal tracking tools. Build credibility and long-term relationships with HR leaders, founders, and business heads.
Who You Are
3-7 years of experience in
B2B inside sales / consultative sales
, preferably in recruitment, staffing, consulting, or services. Strong communication and business conversation skills - comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders. Confident in handling objections, negotiations, and closure discussions. Structured, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups and pipeline management. Outcome-oriented, with a clear focus on revenue and conversion.
