Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Understand Codequery's IT products and explain features and benefits to prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Maintain CRM records and provide timely updates on follow-ups and pipeline. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customized client solutions. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and product knowledge.

Must-Have Requirements:

1-2 years of proven sales experience

in the IT or software industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and sell IT software solutions effectively. Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner. Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, or custom software solutions is a plus.
