Hiring For Inside sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads through visits, cold calls, and local networking. Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers. Meet sales targets and ensure consistent business from the assigned territory. Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs for market strategies. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and timely follow-ups.

Requirements

:

Graduation in any discipline (preferred in Marketing/Business). 2+ years of experience in field sales, FMCG, Telecom, Distribution(Insurance & BFSI more preferred). Strong convincing, negotiation, and communication skills. Local Aurangabad candidates will be preferred. Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
