Responsibilities



Identify and generate leads through

cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media

Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos for the business team Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline Research target markets and build prospect databases Support marketing campaigns with follow-ups and engagement

Requirements



Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with

1-3 years of experience

in sales/lead generation Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English) Comfortable with

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a sales career

Compensation & Targets



Attractive fixed salary + incentives

Monthly sales target will be 10x your fixed salary


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,201.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
